Server configs?

Hi - I've tried to find an explanation of what the various server configs (e.g. FullyRouted-TCP, xCloakRouted etc) mean, but I've not found anything, would someone be able to explain to me what the differences are? Technical detail is fine.

  by the way, what is different about the 'dedicated ip' configs?

  Dedicated IP assigns one external IP to you, compared to Shared IP configurations where several users are in one external server IP.
